Master Vault is an Australian marketplace and app for collectors of trading cards, graded slabs and Funko Pops. Buyers and sellers across Australia trade through auctions, buy now listings, offers and live shows, in Australian dollars. It is run by Master Vault Australia Pty Ltd, a company based in Roleystone, Western Australia.
Your Vault is the list of what you have scanned, inside the app. We do not store physical items: an item stays with its seller until it is posted or handed over. What we hold is the buyer's money, while the item is on its way.
When you buy, you pay Master Vault, not the seller. The seller is paid when the buyer confirms it arrived, 48 hours after it is delivered, or 14 days after posting if nothing has been raised. Every seller confirms their ID before they are paid, and business sellers have their ABN checked. The Terms have the full detail.
A guide price is a market guide. It comes from overseas sales data converted to Australian dollars, and it changes. Check current sold listings for the exact item, printing and condition before you buy or sell.
The app is on Google Play for Android and the App Store for iPhone. Live shows are built, and no public show has run yet.
