The fastest way to reach us is from inside the app, because your message arrives with your account and the order it is about already attached. If you cannot get into the app, email us.
In the app: tap Me, then Support.
It estimates what a trading card might grade, from your own photos, before you pay to send it away. It works on the Pre-Grader page and in the app. A pre-grade uses 2 AI scans, and a free account gets 30 AI scans a month, so up to 15 pre-grades. It is an estimate, not a grade from PSA, BGS, CGC or TAG. Centering is measured from the pixels; corners, edges and surface are read from the photos, so glare can hide a fine scratch. We have not compared enough reports with graded slabs to quote a match rate.
Your money is still held in escrow. The seller is paid when the buyer confirms it arrived, 48 hours after it is delivered, or 14 days after posting if nothing has been raised, so report anything before then. Tap Me, then Your orders, and open the order to see exactly where it is up to and the tracking. If it looks stuck, open a dispute from Something wrong? on the order screen.
Open the order and go to Something wrong? to open a dispute, and add photos. The seller's payout freezes straight away and we review it, usually within 48 hours. If the sale happened in a live show, we review the show recording as part of the dispute, so what was said on stream is part of the record. How long you have to raise it is set out in section 9 of our Terms.
Sellers pay 4% of the sale price plus card processing of a fixed 2.9% plus 30c (3.85% plus 33c on a card from outside Australia). There are no listing fees and no monthly fee. Buyers pay the item and the postage, with no separate buyer service fee. The same rates apply to every sale, on a listing or a live lot. How selling works has worked examples and when you are paid, and the full detail is in section 6 of our Terms.
No. It is an estimate from recent sales data. A photograph cannot always tell two printings apart, condition cannot be read from a picture, and prices move. Check current sold listings for the exact item, printing and condition before you buy or sell, and for anything valuable get it professionally graded or appraised.
Confirming is buying. A buy now purchase, an accepted offer, a winning auction bid and a won live show lot are all binding. You are charged when you press Pay, or for an offer when it is accepted, and the money goes into escrow at the same time. A live win has to be paid within 60 seconds or you lose the lot. If something then goes wrong with the item, open a dispute from the order.
Open the listing and tap Report, then choose a reason. You can block the seller in the same step. Blocking hides their listings and shows from you, and yours from them, straight away. You can see and undo blocks from Me, Blocked accounts.
In the app: Me, then Delete account at the bottom. Without the app, see Delete your account.
