Sell a A$100 card.
Keep A$92.80.
Master Vault keeps 4% when it sells, and card processing is 2.9% plus 30c. Nothing to list and no monthly fee. You are paid when the buyer confirms it arrived, 48 hours after it is delivered, or 14 days after you post if nothing has been raised.
For sellers in Australia, 18 or over. You do not need a business or an ABN.

When the buyer pays with an Australian bank card, before you post it.
Four steps, from the drawer to your bank
-
1
Scan it or photograph it
Scan it in the app for a guide price in Australian dollars, or add your own photo in the Seller portal. Buy now, auction or offers: you choose. Add your address, so postage can be worked out.
-
2
It sells, and the buyer pays Master Vault
Not you. The money is held where you cannot spend it yet. Add your bank with Stripe, and verify your ID once your sales pass A$500. You can list and sell before this, but your sales money waits until what is needed is done.
-
3
Post it within 2 business days
A parcel needs tracking: add the number to the order. A card sold as a letter goes with a stamp and no number: mark it posted. Selling locally? At the handover you scan the buyer's code. Post late and the buyer can ask for their money back.

Get paid
When the buyer confirms it arrived, 48 hours after the carrier reports it delivered, or 14 days after you post if nobody reports a problem. Your very first sale waits 7 days more. Stripe then pays your bank on its own schedule, usually a few days.
A few cards: the app. A whole shelf: the Seller portal on a computer, by the row, with dropped photos or a spreadsheet. Same account.
If something goes wrong
- A parcel goes missing or arrives wrong
- The buyer reports it before you are paid. Your payout waits while a person at Master Vault looks at the tracking, photos and messages, then decides: a full refund, a part refund or none.
- A letter goes missing
- A letter has no proof of delivery. If the buyer reports it did not arrive, they are refunded and you carry the loss. Post anything dear as a tracked parcel.
- After you are paid
- An amount refunded later, or taken back by the buyer's bank, can come off a payout. Our Terms have the detail, and how a report is decided.
What it costs

| A$100.00 | A$4.00 | A$3.20 | A$92.80 |
| A$500.00 | A$20.00 | A$14.80 | A$465.20 |
Postage
You choose on each listing: worked out by Australia Post from your address to the buyer's, a flat price you set, or free. Master Vault adds nothing to it. What the buyer pays for postage is added to your payout, less card processing on it, and you pay the carrier yourself.
The small print
When the buyer pays with a bank card from outside Australia, card processing is 3.85% plus 33c instead, so a A$100 sale keeps about A$91.82. The rule in full is in section 6 of our Terms.
A A$100 card with A$12 postage pays you A$104.45 before you pay for the postage.
There is never a fee to list, a monthly fee or commission on a tip in a live show. A tip on the website costs card processing only. A tip made through the App Store or Google Play costs that store's fee and GST.
Buyers pay the item and the postage, with no separate buyer fee. Selling does not need Premium.
Only the real thing. No counterfeits, replicas or unofficial reprints. Say what condition it is really in and mention any damage.
A sale is a sale. A winning bid and a Buy Now are promises. You send what was won or bought, as it was shown.
Want to run a live show? Any seller can host. Plan one in the Seller portal or tap Host a show in the app, and go live when you are ready. A show runs for up to eight hours, and you can be live for up to eight hours a day.
